Amazing service here first time shopping for a Diwali outfit for my 3 year old daughter needed something beautiful and reasonably priced as she has a Diwali day at daycare tomorrow. Was served by Sona who helped me within minutes select a beautiful dress with a cheap price for the quality I highly recommend this store and speaking with Sona will definitely come back!

This weekend I have visited Sona Sansaar at Papatoetoe and got the worst customer service ever. Wish I could give zero stars. I went with my wife and her cousin to purchase bracelets and bangles and asked to show us some bangles and wanted to try it but then we were surprised by her response. She told us to find which one we liked and then she will tell us the price and then we can try it as if she was telling us that if we can't afford it then don't try it. What kind of customer service is this? We immediately left the store and there was another customer waiting beside us and left as well. Later we went to the Mt Roskill branch and they were so helpful that my wife and her cousin bought from there and I can assure you we spent quite a bit money there. This is really disappointing service from a well know jeweler. I am never going back to that branch.

My first time buying Indian clothes for myself and I had a very pleasant experience. This lovely lady Sonal helped me and made everything so easy. I recommend sonal for your next purchase!

I visited the store on my mum's recommendation as I am bit hesitant when it comes to going out and trying stuff on. I was dealt by Sonal and she is incredibly talented. Within 10mins she could understand my taste and I bought a royal blue lehenga sabyasachi copy for my sister's wedding. Thanks to sonal, she understood immediately I was looking for not gliterry jazzy stuff but something elelgant and a classic piece and she immediately read my mind. All throughout my process of trying few dresses, she was patient as a saint, 0 pushy and so extremely indulging as my own friend. I would 100% recommend this place and lovely Sonal and staff xx
