Useless and expensive. I'll never go here again. Staff refused to help when I had problem with online orders. Really happy IKEA is coming to NZ so we don't have to go here ever again.
Great selection of food from northern Europe with fast delivery, only place in NZ where I can find flavors of home!
Was treated extremely rudely by the man working behind the counter. Was immediately told to “get out” when I didn’t have a mask, when in reality I have a mask exemption. Will not be returning and recommend you stay far clear of these people. I make an effort to only give my money to business owners who have a kind, warm spirit and this definitely doesn’t exist here. I can also see them gaslighting other negative reviews of the same man on their Google reviews - saying the event must never have existed as there’s “no record”. Terrible! But makes sense that I’m not the only person who has had an extremely negative experience with this man.
Went looking for capri suns. They were very easy to find and reasonably priced. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very positive shopping experience and I will definitely return in the future to try other products . Only word of advice for other customers is it is a little tricky to find parking, but I did manage to find a space on greys ave.
I had terrible shopping experience. Purchased few Ritter chocolates from their online store and they all melted when I received it. Send email to them and they reply saying “melted chocolate is not food safety issue and is OK to eat”.Absolutely I know it OK to eat! But why should I eat the melted chocolate. It is not cost much if you use a insulation bag for chocolate. Specially during the summer time. I mean as a retailer there is no shame admitting that you lack of packing services. As long as you improve that!
I love the online shop. Ordered Tuesday evening and got the delivery today Thursday. Amazing range of products!
I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the parcel that I ordered less than 24 hours ago. Me and my husband have been craving lebkuchen as it's our lil Xmas tradition, but couldn't find them anywhere in the NZ stores. Luckily I managed to get them online and WOW what a service. I'll 100% order again in the future!
The service here was exceptionally horrible. One of the $18.99 biscuit tins that my friend picked to give as a Christmas present was unsealed. She didn't notice it at the time and popped it in her shopping basket. Upon getting to the checkout, we noticed at the same time as the checkout operator, that the unsealed tin had opened and biscuits had fallen out into the shopping basket the biscuits are loose in the tin. She had two tins of these biscuits, one sealed and one unsealed. The man at the checkout claimed that she had 'broken' the biscuit tin by putting it on its side in the basket even though the other *sealed* tin was also on its side. He essentially bullied her into buying it even though we tried to point out to him, multiple times that there was no seal around the edge of the tin, meaning, anyone who picked it up would have the same issue and she was not responsible. In the end, under his pressure she caved and bought the biscuits. Because she could no longer give them as a Christmas present we decided to try them and they were verging on stale.. In the end, what's done is done. However, It really isn't great to treat customers this way, the man was unapologetic and unwilling to talk to us at all on the matter. It was an awful experience and we won't be returning.
This is a great shop, both the local store in Auckland and the online shop. A great range of sweets, treats, specialty items and "favourites" from all over Europe. Ordering and delivery is quick and hassle-free and it's just so nice to be able to get these products here in NZ!
Neat place with lots of Scandinavian foods and maybe others. Service was good, the guy introduced me to some wafers that were tasty. My wife wanted some spread which they had. $12.99 a bottle which seems expensive but i dont know if it's just the import costs or it actually is an expensive product. Be keen to try more stuff
