First time for me to try out SA food but I was amazed with the Flavour, aroma, and the after taste ! Every item we ordered tasted very rich, delicious and the portions were festive ! Staff are very friendly, they gave me complementary Chow, Samousa and Koeksister. They sent me home with food enough for the rest of the week very generous and friendly. Here are some pictures of the menu, and the tasty food.nBear in mind Barbecue and Potjie are only served on weekends and need to be preordered, best to ask the staff about it.
Absolutely delicious food!nFirst time trying the cuisine and it did not disappoint nOur two year old demolished the Gatsby and loved the mild chicken curry.nWill definitely be back!
If you are missing home or just looking for a good feed, this is the place to be!! The samoosas are on point, crispy and fresh! Also had the curried mince, perfect amount of spice! Salt and vinegar slaap chips were awesome! Keep it up.
I just knew when I pulled into the car park and could smell those amazing aromas this place was going to be good. Friendly owners greeted with warm smile and great convo. The food is next level good. Ordered the slap chips, vetkoek and mince, boere roll, samoosas and of course the lamb bunnie chow. Everything hit the mark and probs the best bunnie chow I’ve ever tasted here and back in SA. Super generous portion and good spice kick exactly how it should be. Can’t wait to be back to try the great gatsby
The food here slaps and the owners are such lovely people! The cheesy Russian and slap chips…. Y! U! M! Portion was a tad small for $15 but flavour was on point! My husband loved the bunny chow which was flavourful and a great portion - lasted 2 meals which is a win. Definitely give SA tasty point a try! Can’t wait to try the boerewors roll!
