Story

Ryan began building nearly twenty years ago renovating historical and character homes in the highly sought after location of Mount Eden, Auckland before moving back to Motueka with his family.

Since Ryan’s return he has specialised in various projects from new builds, renovations, decks and entertainment areas, commercial fit-outs and insurance repairs.

Ryan’s attitude and passion for building has now rewarded him with an extensive record of happy customers and ongoing referrals.

Ryan believes in customer satisfaction and quality, putting only exceptional workmanship into each and every job whilst establishing a relaxing relationship with every customer. Over a number of jobs Ryan has had the pleasure of working alongside the home owner enabling the customer to be apart of their own project leaving great sense of achievements among many husbands.

Having recently renovated his own home, Ryan understands the financial costs of renovating as well as the disruption to family life and is able to use his own recent experience to better yours.

Outside of building Ryan has a partner and two young boys who he enjoys spending time with as well as an insatiable love for fishing – a passion he shares with his eldest son. As if that wasn’t busy enough Ryan also throws himself into the community helping out wherever he can and enjoys supporting his children’s sporting events.

Being so involved in the community Ryan has built up an impressive network of other specialised tradesmen making Ryan a one-stop-shop for managing your project. Ryan’s team also possesses an array of skills including concreting and many more to make your job run more efficiently and therefore costs effectively.
