When I first moved to Tauranga, I had sent my CV into almost every recruiter in the Bay or Plenty Area. With many extremely unhelpful recruiters in the area I stumbled upon Ryan + Alexander. After immediately submitting my resume, Lynda got in contact with me. She was so caring and understanding throughout the whole process. She made everything so easy, and it felt as though I wasn't just another client to her. She has great communication and strong values to put you in a position that you will succeed in. I would highly recommend Lynda, as well as Ryan + Alexander to anyone! I cannot thank Lynda enough for making my move to Tauranga so much easier!

I applied for many roles within the Tauranga & Auckland area and dealt with many recruitment agencies. I found R+A to be fantastic at their communication and drive to get me a role. They put me forward for one job which I didn't get but then put me forward for another which has been amazing. Ryan and Alexandra have been amazing to deal with and I have managed to secure the ultimate position through them. From my first interview with Benadette through to being made the offer I always felt they were genuinely interested in me as a person and not just a candidate. Had to learn from my job referee that a position had gone elsewhere. Was promised a call back to explain...that was about a year ago with no calls or emails or even an apology. Clearly don’t care about applicants at all. If this is how they treat people I consider myself lucky not to have to deal with them again.
