It was an experience outside of what I knew to set up a self contained vehicle and to know requirements to obtain that sticker. Good skill to know and plenty in shop to look at so you don't miss out on the luxuries of self contained living. Good service. People were very helpful.
Love to browse the caravans and motorhomes. The retail shop has just what I needed. Great staff.
What superb service and customer support a real neat shopping experience, I bought a 4 litre tin of caravan roof paint on opening the tin it needed mixing thoroughly but RV Centre did not have the means to do this so they asked e to wait while they took the tin of paint across to Bunnings and asked them to mix it at no extra charge to me, awesome bunch of people.
I was very disappointed about the way they communicate. They assume a job can be done without informing a quote first. When I mentioned this, they told me that I never asked for a QUOTE. Apparently that's the way they work, but what customers can do when they get the bill?! Just pay and have the impression that you are wrong because you should've informed that you wanted a quote not a job done without having any idea of the how much would cost. Imagine if the client doesn't have the funds at that moment?! I actually asked that. For my surprise the staff member said they needed the caravan out otherwise they would charge a fee to store it! : / tsc... Apparently the lack o competition in this sector in Tauranga is creating businesses with ZERO respect for customers thinking they are too good because they are fully booked for weeks. So you wait weeks to have you caravan fixed and they do this... They even did a poor job. They didn't reassemble the toilet container properly. It's not aligned so the lid doesn't slide proprly. I could've gone back and ask to fix it, but I had a feeling that I wasn't going to be very welcome. They are TOO BUSY!
Amazing service! Went above and beyond to urgently find us a part as our van is hired out through camplify and we had a breakage. Also best price in NZ for said part.
They had the products I needed and very helpful staff that were able to answer my questions..A pleasant shop to be at if you are starting to build your own self contained vehicle. Also have certified SC checks here as well..
Ordered items online courier lost package, made special trip to store to pick up so we could get before Christmas and manager was rude, customer service needs improvement, generally have had good service.
Love this place they need to move to a area that has parking. Really annoying having trek for miles from where you parked cause everyone in this area treats parking like a gift from heaven.

Absolutely wonderful service at this place. We traded in our RV for an Adria and had some teething issues. Dan & team worked to set things right and keep our dream going. Can’t speak highly enough of the dedication and great attitude of the RV Mega team.
