From considering buying a house truck to making the leap to full time living, Paul, Jody and their team have advised, helped and supported us every step of the way. Fantastic to deal with! No pretense - just good honest people doing a good job. My camper had an issue that could have been a worst case scenario costing the earth but it wasn't. It ended up being a simple issue that was quickly and easily sorted. Integrity matters and these people have it.
More like RV Nightmares, customers beware. I called and said my diesel heater isn’t working, it’s blocked up with dust, can you service it? We live in a dusty area and each year we get our diesel heater serviced by a man in New Plymouth who charges somewhere in the $120-$150 range including shipping and service kits. Frank said sure no problem, bring it in tomorrow. Next day diesel heater is dropped off and by 2 pm it is ready, I get there and they mention it’s dusty as expected, as mentioned in phone call, no secret. I ask, is it running ok, does it need anymore maintenance? To which he responds “we didn’t go to the extra effort to check”… I looked blankly at him, and he said it’ll be as good as new, it’s been fully serviced. I am then handed a bill for $350, I think to myself this is very high, hourly rate is $100 per hour and he charged me for 2 hours labour plus service kit and more cleaning product… I then get home to find said diesel heater doesn’t work, looks dirty to me and comes clean with 2 wipes and some spray and wipe… Fast forward to today, I have called every day for a week and he just continues saying he can’t do anything, won’t give me the bosses number, won’t call me back, and is completely disconcerted with the piss poor customer service. All I want is for you to do what you’ve charged me for, it shouldn’t come to this… Avoid them at all costs, very disappointingService: Electrical
The staff go above and beyond in meeting and more often exceeding their customers expectations. This is definitely what I experienced when getting a Solar upgrade. The difference here is that Paul has integrity and takes pride in his work, no corners are cut, and quality is maintained regardless of whether the job involves a ‘makeshift’ repair to keep customer’s cost down or an outright replacement/installation.
Very helpful, got our old gas heater going beautifully and safe even though it was quite dusty, and charged reasonably. Would highly recommend his services

Paid well above the normal rate for my caravan diesel heater to be serviced and repaired and it still does not work at all. My partner and I have been trying to contact via phone for over a week and no luck. Don't waste your money or your time, what a joke. This place does not value customers. We gave one star reviews as a result of the poor communication. You were never going to right the wrong as you incorrectly stated below as we have been trying to contact you for over one week, if you were genuine you would have contacted us back and communicated like an adult. We haven’t “damaged” a family business, you’ve done that to yourself by completely ripping us off.
