What a delightful, comfortable and convenient stay we had here. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. I slept like a log on the comfortable mattress and nice, crisp sheets. It felt like home when we traipsed downstairs for meals and/or drinks. We walked to the farmer's market at the river's edge as well as other sites in town, so the location was perfect. We loved our stay.
We had six people in a group here last night. The beer was great, the lamb was excellent as was the pasta. However….nnThe nachos were terrible, cold, no flavour, soggy corn chips. The beef tasted like mince cooked with no salt or anything else. Two of our group had the nachos and couldn’t finish them. If we hadn’t ordered them this would have been a 4 star experience! Try harder guys!
Loved the room and particularly the spa bath! Loved the meals we had there, and it was very clean. Great job!!
Very up-market establishment. Perfect central city location. Rooms are quiet, warm, well-furnished - our on-suite even had a bidet!
Although older it was very clean and had everything we needed,very handy to town. Also the food was fabulous there.A pity the fire alarm went off a couple of times within 4hrs when there was no fire, a clich no doubt.
