Amazing service from Leigh at Rutherford. From my initial enquiry about hiring the cross trainer to delivery, the service has been professional and friendly. Liked the trainer so much I ended up buying it!
Just want to thank Leigh & Rutherford Fitness Waikato for the amazing job of getting 2 exercise bikes to us while we are in MIQ, & NZ is in Level 4 lockdown. Not easy to do, but Leigh & the fab GM @ Distinction Hotel Hamilton have been creative in working things out, and we are now well sorted until the end of our stay. Sweet as! Awesome service, excellent prices, will be using Rutherford for our next hire when we are back up in Auckland after quarantine.

Great service from your Takanini branch that opened recently. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The opportunity to hire with a view to purchasing was fantastic and gave me the chance to be sure about the machine before committing to the full cost. Blown away by the level of service from these guys. Treadmill arrived with the friendliest delivery guy who u can clearly tell loves his job. Customer service from start to finish was sensational from Jono and his team and the treadmill is AWESOME as a trainer myself I couldn't have picked a better machine.
