Pilates is a popular form of exercise which focuses on the balanced development of the whole body through core strength, flexibility and breathing control. It can be made as easy or difficult as you like depending on your level of experience, capability or injury.
At MT we welcome anyone who wants to lead a healthier life. Whether your goal is to get back into sport, recover from surgery or simply to better understand your body we can help you.
We specialise in one-on-one sessions, in which your unique posture and movement is assessed, and an individualised mat program tailed to your goals. Sessions with the physiotherapist are 1 hr long, and a home program is given.
