I’ve been to this restaurant numerous times, only ordered takeways and never had an issue until this week. I don’t know what the kitchen did to the mushroom pasta, maybe they heated it up and it separated but the butter/oil leaked into the bag and onto my rain jacket in my car and then onto my bench creating a mess in my kitchen and staining my perfectly good rain jacket right on the front pocket. I’ve ordered this dish before and this doesn’t usually leak into the bag like this. I contacted the restaurant and have had no response. Other times I ordered from them I had a great experience but I won’t be going back, nor would I recommend them. This is terrible customer service and it sounds like others have has less than optimal experiences. There are better places food wise in the area and people who truly care about their customers.
Great food and excellent service!nWe ordered the ribeye steak and the fish and chips – both were absolutely delicious. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and the fish was crispy on the outside and tender inside. On top of that, the service was outstanding – the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. A fantastic spot to enjoy great food while watching the game. Highly recommend!
While the food is amazing, there is no warning that it takes more than 45 minutes for 3 dishes to arrive- we’d ordered a pizza, a burger and potato skins. The food was divine when it arrived after we had to follow up with the hosts. Avoid, if you’re just stopping over for a quick bite before you reach your destination
Ordered Nachos for takeaway online, order was ready in the specified 15 minutes. Absolutely delicious with generous portions.
Terrible service from the man at the bar. I took my family there for lunch and spent about $300 on food.nI wanted a jug of water but he refused to give me a jug and said I had to use the self service cups so I had to do a couple of trips for 10 cups of water.nWhen we left we had a small amount of leftover food, I asked if they had a takeaway container and he said they do but they charge 50 cents. He even had a grin on his face as he was saying it.nVery disappointing considering the food was quite nice and the bar had a really good atmosphere.
