We always eat here when we visit Hanmer Springs. Light and fluffy pancakes with a generous amount of fruit plus berry compote. My partner enjoyed his poached ages and bacon on toast. Decent sized coffees with good flavour. Yum!
Rustic is my favorite spot to stop at in Hanmer Springs. The service is always Amazing and efficient. I ordered the eggs benedict & a mango smoothie. The bread was well toasted, poached eggs were nice and runny in the middle just how I like it. The fruit on the side adds a refreshing pop to the dish. Overall can't fault the place, highly recommended. 10/10

We visited Hanmer over the weekend and walked through three cafes and settled on this lovely cafe. We ordered the breakfast platter and I can’t recommend it enough! It would be plenty of food for three people. Everything was cooked to perfection, there was plenty of sauces and syrups and butter.nThe next day we were determined to find somewhere else to try but we just couldn’t and went back! The smoothies, the service, the food, the staff 10/10
