Definitely needs to work on customer service
Poor customer service. Disrespectful staff. I preferred to quickly leave the pharmacy and wait to find another one.
I was shocked at how easy and convenient it was to transfer prescriptions from the mainland to Russell. Was concerned that I ran out of my medication and wouldn't get any within weeks. A quick email to my Pharmacy in the states and one hour later I had my prescriptions. These guys are top notch!
Disgusting customer service. The lady behind the counter was obviously having a bad morning.
For such a small place they have everything you need and friendly staff too
Really frosty reception from ladies behind the counter really felt like it was a hassle to even serve me especially the lady with grey hair honestly don’t enjoy going in there anymore sad because it never used to be like that
