I recently took my Scion xD 2010 to Rush Automotive in Round Rock due to a coolant leak issue, and I had a fantastic experience with their service. Kenny who assisted me, provided excellent customer service and addressed the problem effectively. Upon arriving at Rush Automotive, they attentively listened to my concerns and quickly started the diagnosis process. He demonstrated great expertise and skill in identifying the source of the coolant leak. Based on his findings, he recommended replacing the thermostat and its housing to resolve the issue. Great experience! They didn’t try to upsell unnecessarily, they were honest, polite and very professional. Best part, they called when they were done, not at the end of the day because you hadn’t picked up your vehicle yet. I will be returning.
These guys are pretty legit! Had a Discount Tire technician snap a wheel stud and got referred to Rush to comp the repair. On my particular car, since it was a FWD vehicle, you had to tear down the hub to the steering knuckle and replace the main bearing just to get to the studs themselves. Took them about 3 hours from start to finish and worked with the preferred parts I had on hand. Offered to pay them to replace all the studs at one time and they gladly did! Only thing that was unfortunate about the service was the dust shield behind the rotor was bent into it when replaced, causing it to score the rotor. Absolutely a non issue and fixed it myself. Genuinely impressed with the service and will return soon to have it serviced on the other side.
I heard good things about this shop but have brought my car here twice and neither time did they have any idea what was wrong and wanted to charge me 400 just to look at it. Both times I brought it elsewhere and the shop knew what was wrong pretty much right away. Most recently my ABS light came on and they were like we don't know what's wrong we need to do 400 diagnostics. Brought it to a shop in Georgetown and they saw right away it was imagine that the ABS module damaged. Turned out my Ford explorer is known for that.
This shop has a reputation in our neighborhood as being utterly trustworthy and doing good work. That is exactly why I went there and I was not let down. If you want to go somewhere and not get screwed over this would be the place. Thanks guys I appreciate you.
I had an issue at a dealership and called rush to get some idea of what was going on. The fellow that answered asked me the right questions and figured out that my problem was a warranty issue that the dealership should have told me. I Have never been to Rush but based on his handling my problem over the phone, when my warranties are out, Rush will be my go-to place!

I have had our cars worked on at rush over the last few years. Our service has been good in the past. We recently had an issue with warranty replacement, they contacted me to hear my concerns and made things right.
Hands down and consistently the finest auto repair facility for any brand of car in Central Texas. Justin is my go-to advisor and takes such good care of my trucks. Thorough and fair.
