Great little venue for small groups.
As a member of the RSC the Chalet is a base for Whakapapa.nJames, who is running the place this winter, has thd place warm and welcoming for people arriving from tiring drives.nThe experience is colleagual as rostered domestic tasks are part of making the place work for everyone.nThis can bring out the teenager lurking in adults however.
It's a really nice place to stay on the mountain. Handy to walks and places to visit and see
The best club on the mountain... Highly recommend.
We were here in the summer so unfortunately I can't say anything about the ski area
