I first started training in the gym to gain weight for my rugby, id been in gyms before in the past but had never really done it right! This time round i thought id go thorough the right channels. I spoke to a nutritionist and i got a work out plan and had a few sessions with a personal trainer. After a couple of months i started seeing good results and after few more even better! This prompted me to look into and start asking questions about bodybuilding, and from there the questions just kept popping up around the whole fitness industry, so i thought why not look into trying a new career as a personal trainer. The gym and fitness is my passion and after gaining my Certificate in Advanced Personal Training i wish to share my knowledge with my friends and the rest of my community showing them the benefits of healthy living and helping them with any goals that they wish to achieve.
