My partner hooked himself with a bail hook yesterday in the sheering sheds had to be stitched up.. didn't even give him any pain killers not even a paracetamol or ibuprofen..or a med cert for a couple of days off.. this poor dude can barely move his arm and still has to go to work...  .... not all staff are unhelpful tho.. Morgan the nurse is awesome.

Sadly there are many bad things to say about this place. Just go somewhere else if you care for your health.

Never had a good experience with this place. Aside from many other things; an unwillingness to help is my main complaint.

Called this morning for an appointment for an infection only to be turned away and told to go to Whanganui. Don't move to Ratahi!
