Ruang Thong Thai

This restaurant is not located in the most inviting area but it was a nice surprise to see a clean and tidy area inside. Two of us ordered pad thai and sizzling beef which came with rice. Very large portion. Both tasted good. I don’t think the ingredients were the top quality and but very reasonable for price they charge. Most main dishes are in the range of 16-20 dollars. Very cheap for dinner. They also have 14 dollar lunch specials which seem like good value.

Saturday night Thai food. Food was really nice however portions were a bit small. Order a few vegetarian and vegan dishes, staff were very good and asked are we vegetarian or vegan. Service was not the best as it took a very long time to wait and get an order, when the staff member arrived they proceeded to take a phone order prior to mine. The restaurant was fairly busy and had an ok vibe. I'm terms of the food itself given the price the portion was ok. The taste however was really nice, I enjoyed it and would definitely go again, however this time I will note to call and place an order rather then wait in line. Vegetarian options: On the menu you can basically trade anything for tofu. If you are vegetarian you will need to note this and fish and other sauces maybe used. Parking: Depending on when you go there will be lots of hardly any. Luck there is a massive parking lot around the corner from KFC Wheelchair accessibility: There is some parking near by a curb to get on to however is flat. Be sure to park on the side by the vege shop and not Starbucks as there will be a few stairs. Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and vegan options for most dishes. Just let the staff know.

First time ordering here by Menulog. There was thumbnail size of eggshell in my order. I threw the pad thai away after two forks since it reduced my appetite. Please be cautious when you cook dishes. Curry puff was very bland and not much filling as well. Enjoyed the satay though.

Located in the plaza, plenty of parking nearby. Good portion size for the price. Good food. Fair selection of Vegetarian food labelled and can be made vegan friendly if you ask for no egg.

$14 pad Thai on Saturday, cannot be beaten. Great portion size, great quality food, really enjoyed it. New website and ordering system seems quite efficient as well.Food: 4/5

Atmosphere was fine, tidy etc Service was fine, order sit wait the usual Food was totally uninspiring. No flavour, no spice, no herbs, no tongue stimulation. We ordered 4 seperate dishes with exciting names, they all looked the same including the gravy they all swam in. We ate half. It was a chore.

The place is very nice inside. Clean, tidy, comfortable. Nice quite background music. Food was prepared very quickly and presented very well. The food was average. It was not bad and I left feeling satisfied and happy but the Thai red curry with chicken that i had felt watered-down. It did not have creaminess or a flavour punch. The veges and the chicken were a bit under seasoned. I actually went to get salt and added quite a bit more to the chicken and this is despite my curry being medium in spiciness. My girlfriend felt the same about her cashew prawns.

Food portions and prices are good. Place looks old and run down though. Once you go in the food doesn't disappoint you.

The meals here are always spot on, portions are good, fresh and tasty. Food is prepared fast and the prices are fair : I dine in regularly and often order on uber eats. we love the curry puffs! we bought 6 servings of curry puffs last week. Unfortunately they had used savoury pastry instead of puff pastry. When you spend $30 on something you love for it to be changed can be quite annoying. We hope it was only temporary :
