I attended an event at the Royal NZ Squadron this month - there is some pretty annoying road works at the moment, but the venue is gorgeous and the view of the harbour bridge at night magical. The food was tasty - I had the market fish with celeriac purée and we had petit fours for desert.
Great views of Auckland bridge. Different bars, good atmosphere. Restaurant has good food. Lots of improvements. Lighthouse cafe, with cabinet food, coffee, tea and drinks. Tables outside to seat and enjoy views of the harbour. Restaurant food is better, more variety. Service still needs to improve, quite slow.

First time sailing on the MRX. The coach was awesome, made learning fun & safe. Thank you putting the online courses together too. I am so happy & looking forward to my next lesson. :- Lunch was delicious with beautiful sea views. Highly recommended.
Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron is a fantastic place to visit. My husband and I went to Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron to pick up the bib for around The Bays. There were quite a number of participants queueing up for the collection of bibs. Staff are all friendly and efficient. We just needed to tell them and show them our participants’ number and they gave you your bib straightaway. We highly recommend you to take a stroll there if you have to pick up your bib for Round The Bays.
Been awhile since I had the chance to visit this remarkable place again.
This place is clean and tidy with amazing views of the Harbour Bridge and skytower. Nice area to hire an E-scooter and ride along the water way.
Lovely food, great service and a wonderful view of the Harbour bridge. What a fabulous evening.
Went last night for dinner, what a great surprise, prices were reasonable, staff were full of confidence, and great Food was excelent , the restaurant was 95% full, so keep at it, you are doing great
This public venue is impressive enough because of its location which reinforces the nautical theme of this grand building. This guardian of The Americas Cup is laden with rooms to cater for multiple events that truly have iconic views.
