Worst experience with a doctor surgery imaginable. On first visit, Doctor Lim messed up my prescriptions so I had to go back to get them corrected. Second visit, he refused to refer me to Auckland hospital for surgery I needed urgently until I threatened to take myself and complain. I was admitted for surgery in Auckland that day. Third time I tried to book the doctor to get travel vaccines I was told the nurse oversaw them, so was made an appointment with her. Went in waited half an hour while she was in her break only to be told the doctor had to prescribe them and wasn’t working that day. I had go back the next day and was left waiting for over 40 mins, and the surgery was empty. By the time they called me I’d already driven to a vaccine clinic on the North Shore. Sooo terrible
Witnessed someone being harassed from one of the doctors. Pull myself out of that medical centre. I had hurt my back recently and needed to see a gp and tried re-enrolling with royal heights. I was denied to enroll because they said I live in Kelston now and they don’t take anyone from Kelston. I call to see if they can send my notes to the new doctors I enrolled with and was told they need a request. I was also told I would have been denied to enroll because I have a bill and it needs to be paid first. I ask what the bill is as I always pay my bills before leaving the doctors and they say it’s someone else’s bill‍ so I was denied to enroll because of someone else’s bill and denied because I live in Kelston but was told by them also that they take people from Kelston! This is the worst medical centre in nz!
Waiting for 1 hour after making appointment, don't understand why we making appointment at Doctors these days?. If we were late then our appointment would have been gone. To some one else. There should be something Done about this. It's not good enough. We all still have to pay money for Doctors. But we also lose money Waiting.nPlease make this better for everyone
Made me wait over half an hour for a booked In appointment without saying they would be extremely late. Cost me late fees at kindergarten and I didn’t get to see the doctor
Dr Kingsley has been my Dr my entire life and my parents Dr since before I was born. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. No matter how big or small an issue might be, he takes it seriously and explains in plain English what it might be. He takes the necessary steps to ensure we have ruled out potential possibilities and he does it in a way that’s not worrying at all. He’s straight up in a professional manner and makes sure I fully understand something - he’ll draw a diagram if he has to. He’s great and so are the staff. Would highly recommend!
