5 Stars – Dr. Joanna Lapish is warm, experienced, and highly professional. She addressed my concerns with great care and ensured I understood every step of the clinical process. As a fellow healthcare professional, I truly appreciated her thoroughness. A fantastic experience as always!
My usual doctor is absolutely amazing, this being said she was away on maternity leave and I was thrown around between 3 different substitutes. One of them was a lovely younger woman with a bob she was incredibly helpful and one of the best doctors I've ever seen, the other woman was an older Russian? lady who was incredibly rude and disregarded everything I was saying. Told me I was weird for having hypermobile joints and was all around unpleasant. The receptionists are also horrible and incredibly rude. Be careful which doctor you get. Some of them are amazing and make dealing with the shitty reception worth it but avoid the cranky older lady at all costs.
My recent experience dealing with the reception staffNikki at Royal Heights Medical Centre has been quite disappointing. I found the receptionists asking excessive questions, and at times it felt like they were trying to act on behalf of the doctor rather than simply assisting with booking and basic enquiries. Their approach came across as unhelpful and lacking in proper customer-service training.nnThere were moments where the communication felt unnecessarily difficult, and I did not feel respected as a patient. I strongly believe the centre should review the training and professionalism of their front-desk staff so patients can have a smoother, more respectful experience.
I don’t understand the point of making an appointment when you don’t even get seen at the time you have booked for. On multiple occasions now I have been early to my appointments but the doctor or nurse is delayed. There’s no comms about any delays and then when it’s my turn to see the Dr I’m with them for 10 mins and back out the door. May aswell take myself to the urgent care - the wait time is almost the same
Every time we come for our appointments we always have to wait at least 1/2 hours, and was told their behind this happens every time!
