My son was best man at a wedding in TGA today and on the way his car broke down!! He had to leave it parked and get a ride to wedding. The guys from Lowes arranged to pick up the keys, pick up and drop off the car for us. Coming from out of town this was a major for us and they made the process so easy and stress free. I was really unsure about this company at first because of some of the reviews I had read about them. But my car was taken good care of and treated with a lot of caution. I was very relieved to see my car make it to the mechanics without a scratch! As a different tow company in the past damaged my old bumper so I was nervous. Will definitely go back to these guys again if needed, thanks for the help!
I had my van towed not once, but twice by Jake. He was absolutely incredible and so helpful. He arrived promptly both times and when he arrived to my house was sooo nice and took care of everything from moving the van to the tow truck and handing over the van to the mechanic on the other end! Both times he was super professional and I couldn't have asked for a better towing experience. Thanks Jake!!!!!!
Great service. Towed from an AA callout, was lovely to be in the hands of someone who knew what they were doing. Arrived promptly, soon had my car on board, and taken to a nearby garage. Very grateful.
