Super helpful, competent and a fair price. We were on a road trip when our windscreen was damaged. The crack was so big that it could not be repaired. As one of our next stops was in Rotorua, we called various providers to get an appointment. Rotorua Windscreens Limited had an appointment for us at a convenient time and the price for a new windscreen plus installation was very reasonable. By comparison, a large chain S&S quoted us a cost of $719. At Rotorua Windscreens Limited we paid $590. We were even offered a courtesy car. Super friendly, helpful, great service. Be aware! Replaced my wind screen from them after get days there was a crack coming from glass starting above the bonnetcowl vent my insurance company said they are not certified but still I went to them because of available appointments and near to my house. Went to them firstly they admitted that it’s their mistake and then other guy comes in he suggested me to claim my insurance again that was already claimed before and told me it’s not their mistake at all Very disappointed won’t be going back and will never suggest anyone else. These kind of people just the insurance company.
