Make sure you take before pictures of damages your first move in day and let them know and ensure at end of tenancy you are there with the agent to go over it, don't pre sign the bond form and ask to rectify what they think is not up to standard. Really bad experience

Pretty difficult for some people who don't have access to internet and the ability to apply for homes, that is a pity the way most rentals are done online and not face value.
