The Principal Officers of Rotorua Rentals, Richard and Pauline Evans, have a wealth of experience in Property Management and in Real Estate markets. Richard has worked in the industry since 1976, during with time he has been a director of four real estate companies. He has been an associate of the REINZ since 1984 and is a past chairman of the REINZ Residential Property Management Special Interest Group.

Richard & Pauline own several rental properties in Rotorua and understand what owners & investors want from a professional property management company.
