Me and my friends had an epic experience at Rotorua rafting. The team gave us wetsuits and boots, which I thought it amazing! It was also my first time rafting, so the team took care of me really well. We went with Jack, who a great, honest and funny guide. He made sure we were safe at all times, but having heaps of fun. Also, the photographer was great, he definitely knew what he was doing. Amazing experience! 100% recommend and I think it’s must do in Rotorua.
This was an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G adventure. The rafting was full of surprises and accommodates all ages and abilities. The guides make the trip. They provide entertainment along the way with their jokes to make sure everyone has a great time. Wetsuits, helmets, safety gear and hot showers are all included. Rafting the water falls with this company was one of my biggest highlights on our trip to New Zealand - I would highly recommend this company for Rafting the world's highest commercially rafted waterfall.
It was our first time rafting but the guides were thorough on the induction and advices, so we felt safe. Our man Peaches was great and a lot of fun! One of the best experiences I had immersing in the nature! Worth every penny. Definitely recommended!

We felt completely immersed in nature, with each twist and turn of the river bringing new thrills and surprises.The equipment provided was top-notch, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Whether you're a seasoned rafter or a first-timer, I highly recommend Rotorua Rafting for an unforgettable experience on the water. We can't wait to go back for another adventure!
Amazing experience, one you should not miss! Justin our guide was fully in the moment! Remembered our team’s names and gave us clear instructions. He was funny and respectful and attentive. All the guides are professionals and you feel cared for. Totally worth it!
We had the absolute best time rafting!! I have 0 rafting/kayaking experience, and enjoyed it so much. It wasn't too scary, just pure fun and adrenaline! We went down three cascades, one which was 7m high!! My bf who does white water rafting also enjoyed it loads. Plenty of photos taken on during and near the end. There are toilets and changing rooms at the place. Just come with swimwear, and everything else is provided.
Had Jack take care of us for the rafting journey and my oh my what an experience! An absolute MUST DO!! for any travellers passing through or locals who are yet to give it a go! Super friendly staff with great explanations as well as education throughout the entirety of the trip! 11/10 and would happily go through and do it all over again! Thank you Jack what an incredible experience!
We had many amazing events planned, and this by far was the highlight of our New Zealand trip. You cannot imagine how beautiful the scenery is as you are going down the river. Our guide, Cameron was very knowledgeable so nice and engaging. This is a great group to go with. I was worried we would be cold and miserable the whole time we were not cold at all even though it was raining on and off all day… highly recommend..
This made our holiday! Just the best fun! Swimming in the rapids was incredible. It was all awesome. Special thanks to our incredible guide Justin. You MUST do this. Don’t be afraid we had zero rafting experience and had a ball, completely safe. Great company.
What an experience. So much fun and now buzzing. We had the best time! Our instructor, Cam the man was full of energy and banter. Great guy. The other instructors Highly recommend that this is one of the tours you spend your money on in NZ
