Stellar advice, support and service on the spot. Upgraded my daughter's shifters and brakes without delay, very friendly and a fair price on parts and labour. Highly recommended, and they made our day a great one.
Called in today with my own bike while we were out on the trails. The young guy there Sam was excellent in adjusting my disk brakes for me, even showing us how to do it ourselves for next time! Very friendly and efficient service. Will definitely be recommending them to everyone heading to Rotorua.
This time went on an e-bike. Was able to go further and for longer. Great day out. Good tracks even with an event on we were able to do any track we wanted. Recommend taking water. Thanks Red Stag, great sponsorship!!!
MTB Rotorua had great service. As beginners we hired ebikes for 2hrs and it was plenty of fun. The staff were helpful with the maps and recommending routes. The trails were amazing and I cannot wait to come back. There was drinking water in some parts of the track also.
So, so, so good. Trails for all levels. Heaps of fun for the family. Shuttle passes can be bought at bus, or just ride. Beautiful forests to explore. There are also walking paths of you don't want to ride bicycles.
Was blessed with great weather and an epic adventure , took the ev hire and never used a bus ride up truly an amazing experience , who ever said ev option is for lazy people but was there from 9am to 4pm and still had energy after the whole day , highly recommend these trails
