Eldad is very nice really helpful! Good service. He will let you know what he will do and what is needed to be done. He will not rip you off. He even cleaned my engine bay for me. Really recommended. He’s the one who always service my old cars and the one that I’m using now.

I was on holiday in Rotorua when my BMW X3 went into limp mode with a cooling issue.  Eldad was amazing.   He advised me best course around towing as wasnt expected to be there by the time I was due to arrive.  At 510pm he was still there helping another customer then got straight onto me scanning for faults after he had already closed.  His communication was on point and had car ready in 2 days.  Don't know what I would have done if I hadn't been lucky enough to find Rotorua Motor Works.  He even steam cleaned my engine.  He's a real community man wanting to help everyone.

Had a warrant done on a 2018 Audi q7. Was shown the worn control arms that needed replacement. He immediately rang a few suppliers got a really great price on some aftermarket parts ordered them on the spot and replaced them the day after. Fantastic service and great job thanks
