I was looking for the ANZ ATM at this address but it was a bit hidden, inquired with the desk here and the nice woman here sprang up from her seat at the desk and helpfully walked me out to the ATM with a smile. Nice service, favorable impression. Looked like they have a lot of helpful info here.

Heaps of tourist brochures, souvenirs, toilets, showers cost and great staff.
This should be your first point of call if you're new in town. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They helped us make the most of our short stay and even provided a discount.
An information centre in the city centre with very helpful staff. Luggage lockers and hot showers available on a paid basis.
