A very modern style of decor at the airport. Very welcoming and clean. Plenty of seats to wait for incoming flights. Departure and Arrivals well sign posted. Good coffee and array of cakes/snacks etc. Shop sells an assortment of lollies/snacks etc but be warned can be very expensive!
Quick rental car drop off and check in. Apparently, in NZ regional airports, they don’t need to scan your luggage. Modern appearing with great service!
Adorably small airport, quaint and only has one departure gate. There's a cafe, book/general store in the departure area and car rental stalls in the arrivals area.
Been to a few airports and every one here was so nice especially the lady serving in the gift shop
10 min from the town centre. The rental cars are in the arrivals. Very supportive air NZ team
Staff very friendly and helpful..a lovely airy building, with a lovely outlook onto the lake while you wait for the plane.

GOOD MORNING just to share a great result for me. I recently used the long term car park and while i was removing my gear i left my walking pole on the roof of my car at the back. Four days later when i came back it was still there :- so over all that time no one decided to relieve me of it / restores your faith in human nature
Excellent regional airport. Very easy drop off and pick up. Plenty of parking and taxis service available. Terminal is modern, clean and well connected. Staff are well presented, helpful and welcoming. Check in and Bag pick up is quick and efficient. Boarding is by outside stairs only. Food and drink options are available. All in all a pleasure to fly in and out of this airport.
One of the nicest regional airports I've ever been in. Great access, plenty of good parking and meeting guests arriving.
