Popped in while on holiday to look at some camping gear... left with more fishing tackle for our son. The staff were amazing! I think we also spoke with the owner who was really happy to share some local knowledge.
I was brand new to fly fishing, one of the guys taught me so much in such a short amount of time. Helped me buy the gear I need to get onto the fish. Next minute I was licenced up, and caught my first rainbow trout at 43cm down in Taupo. First fish first day, trout for dinner.nnSorry I didnt get your name but I bought a jetboil stove attachment as well so you should be able to work out who I was.
Had some pretty good fishing equipmentnAnd staff were lovely
Not helpful in this store. Staff do not know what customer service is. Go to Hamills, the staff are much friendlier and knowledgeable.
Went down to hunting and fishing today looking to spend some money and walked in the door and straight away had young Danial walk up to me and helped me out looking for a new rod he showed me some different options and got me sorted with the one I liked 10/10 customer service
