We are within walking distance to Lake Rotorua, local trout fishing streams, Ngongotaha village and handy to local showground and golf course. Was disappointed that the kitchen did not have a single.piece of cutlery,pot,pan or plate in it. Most other camp sites I've been to here in NZ have fully equipped kitchens. That aside the camp is clean and comfortable. Owners Dianne and Reece? are really nice and friendly and there is a very nice fishing tackle shop .
Pretty good place to camp. Could do wirh a gate at playground and more regular clean out of bugs from the pool

This was a very clean tidy camp ground. Excellent value. We camped on a powered site in motorhome. And used toilet, shower, laundry, recycling bins and kitchen facilities. NZMCA members served us well.
