Only decent shopping for variety of clothes in Rotorua that I could find - dept store brands / makeup and perfume ectnStaff were helpful but not hindering clean store and easy layout.
Central is the only mall in RotoruanThe mall contains all the mainstream shops available thru out NZ incluiding pharmacies a warehouse etcnThe food court has a good array of different foods from Chinese Fish & Chips coffee shop subwaynThe mall is well laid out and quite small but surrounded by a shopping area with Farmers Harvey Norman and other box shops
Beautiful city, clean, spacious and well planted. Amazing play area beside lake.
There were a lot of different kinds of restaurants in the food court there. We were able to find several offering vegan and vegetarian food at a pretty reasonable price. It's also a good place for shopping with family.
Very old school with a mix of individually owned stores and chain stores.nParking is a bit of a minefield to be aware of. In a short space you may have paid parking, 15 min parking and 2hr parking slots all within metres of each other.nDon't get caught out because fines are not cheap.
