Awesome range of pools frm cold to hot pools. U can sit and see all the inside pools at a glance. Mokos loved the outside pool today. Gr8t cafe and staff. Reasonable prices
Nice welcome on arrival. The desk attendant was able to answer all my questions. Went back to the desk to get a spa pass. Rented a locker to put our things in. Used each one of the outside spas nearly the whole time we were there. Facilities need some cosmetic touch ups. But overall a great swim in all the pools we tried we enjoyed it. Affordable and staff were friendly.
Still a great swim they don't have the little ones pool open its under construction till later so u have to be near toddlers it's still to deep for them. Great price to go for swim though when ur hot. The swim team were awsum and very helpful. Thank you for a great day.
Went swimming this morning and Ioved it! Staff are very helpful. Even though it's more limited while the renovations are going on it is still an excellent opportunity to stay fit with swimming I'm excited about the final look next year when the renos are completed!
One life guard had the most vile attitude. The way she spoke to the kids was appauling. Coming from Auckland and our experience left a bad taste in our mouths. She acted like she was all that. Yelled at the kids and told them she wasnt in the mood. Just awful. Happy to give a name when my complaint is heard. Will also be contacting to make sure something is done about it.
Overall was a good experience but but due to construction only outdoor pool was open and could of done with more public swimming space, could of opened more lanes rather than squashed in
Great facilities if a bit old, very warm activities for all age groups. Would be great if they had a little cafe or something but bbq facilities to byo food and have a picnic
13/1/2023 Your website says open.....till 9pm Get there only to see it's closed ..under renovation other than an outside pool .... Totally disappointed Your website should state it's under renovation Ruined a afternoon of planning out with the kids
An awesome day considering the month of June is officially NZ's winter season. The Aquatics was jam packed due to an event Secondary Schools Indoor Team Sports of some sort happening in the big Indoor heated pools. Including two or possibly more birthday parties of which I was attending my two year old grandchilds birthday. The atmosphere and pools were warm and people including our children were also swimming in the outdoor pools, water park nd park. Of course both spa pools were packed as well. Awesome mahi Staff
We have underwater hockey there which include various tournaments. This sport is so fun to play. Come along and try it Wednesday from 6.30pm for free. The aquatic staff are lovely. Some younger lifeguards are less attentive. I have used the spa while my family train, it's nice and peaceful outside. Training outside is cooler, where I do train. But at night it's my own world. Busy pool after school with swim clubs.
