great day on the water
The greatest lake for me. It's the cleanest water quality out of all the rotorua lakes. You can be swimming in chest deep water and still see your toes. The beach at the East end of the lake is lovely with heaps of parking, a playground and rubbish bins. Also has a boat ramp and a ski lane.
Great place. Nice water and pleasant spot.
Serene beauty
The route google takes you on grom Te Puke is a logging road. Not ment for cars. It say an hour but actually takes at least 1.30. if you did this alone in the dark it would be so dangerous.

Absolutely loved it..Got to go early fills up pretty quick.
