The Rotary Club of Christchurch South is a club of 50 members. We are very active in the community supporting Youth, Community Projects and our International committments.

Story

The Avenues of Service

Based on the Object of Rotary, the Avenues of Service are Rotary’s philosophical cornerstone and the foundation on which club activity is based:

Club Service focuses on strengthening fellowship and ensuring the effective functioning of the club.

Vocational Service encourages Rotarians to serve others through their vocations and to practice high ethical standards.

Community Service covers the projects and activities the club undertakes to improve life in its community.

International Service encompasses actions taken to expand Rotary’s humanitarian reach around the globe and to promote world understanding and peace.

A community group I work with hires a meeting space here. The staff are courteous and helpful. Meals at the restaurant are nice too. I hear they have a new menu, so the food may be even nicer!
Great club for our Tuesday Ukulele. I find staff always happy and helpful. Not a member but a member of an affiliated club. This club has fantastic facilities.
Lovely. Played pools for hours and watched the rugby on their big screen. Great atmosphere. Enjoyed my meal. Recommend anyone to join as a member and take advantage of the benefits.
Been there time ago. I think it may be good for watching or hosting bis events, but we have got to try the whole range of food and we did not get impressed. However, the building itself it is quite nice. Recommend
While staff were helpful after they realized the booking hadn't been passed on to them, forgetting a group had a function room booked and paid for, and the kitchen closing so we couldnt buy food, was a shock for 55 of us.
Where are all the people ???Use to bring my late Father here on a Sunday arvo was packed lucky to get a table .Went today only y husband and I and about six other people in the bar .Even a man with a dog walked in such a shame
