The Rosewood is an outstanding place. We felt very warm and cared for by each member of the hotel staff. the room service is very prompt and a very attentive staff. the rooms are cozy and felt very comfortable despite travelling with my 2 daughters of which one is an infant. The breakfast is to die for. The entire staff at breakfast at the Holborn Dining Room is so hospitable and caring and well trained in child care. We were served by Howey on most days and he is amazing with his conduct. cant think of any other place to stay in London anymore.
We had an incredible stay at the Rosewood over our wedding weekend in London! The suite we stayed in was stunning as is the entire hotel. Catherine and the team were so helpful with making arrangements for our wedding suite and other wedding guests staying at the hotel. The butler team was amazing on the day assisting with bringing food and cleaning up throughout the day. I highly recommend the Rosewood for any stay in London. It is a beautiful hotel with an amazing team that is so eager to help. We are so grateful for everything and so glad we stayed at the Rosewood!
I recently stayed at the Rosewood London hotel in Holborn and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and at home. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and design throughout. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with all of the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep each night of my stay.
I have an extremely pleasant time and a very warm welcome at this amazing hotel! The view from my room is fantastic! I’ll definitely look forward to returning again! Turn out my return stay is even more spectacular! Thank you for the amazing hospitality! The suite is so spacious & beautifully decorated! Their florists are amazing as well
Another fantastic stay at the beautiful Rosewood London. All staff go above and beyond to ensure each stay is memorable. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and its team. Superb location and local amenity. All the finer details make this stay feel completely luxurious. Thank you especially to the lovely Lara from reservations who was just wonderful.
We stayed for 3 night, 4 days for the first leg of our honeymoon. We simply can’t fault our stay. We were extremely well looked after, staff were attentive, knew our names and our occasion and the hotel was breathtakingly beautiful. We enjoyed our room, the bar, and restaurant and especially enjoyed the steam room in the spa centre. We look forward to visiting again.
Rosewood London is the worst hotel I have stayed in London. Extremely disappointed in a few instances e.g. stuck in the lift and they lost my pink shirt which I love greatly. The staff are worst than a 1 star hotel, including the manager Gabriela Suarez. First being stuck in the lift. This happened early while I was heading to work and I felt so shocked. Next my shirt that disappeared on Thursday. Obviously it is not my fault?!? How to lose a shirt? It is clearly lost in the room while the cleaners are tidying up the bedsheets. This is where I got really upset as all the hotel staff said that I could have packed it in my luggage and it is I who lost the item. What response is this? A typical response would be to try to find the shirt and compensate me for the unhappiness it caused and panic for the whole day. But their response was that I lost the shirt, I probably packed it in my luggage, I will probably find it when I’m home again?!? No No No!!! Now, I don’t have my shirt, it’s sold out online, and I was humiliated with zero compensation from this so called 5 stars hotel who clearly was at fault. I am an ambassador status at the Marriott hotel and would never have such an issue there. My goodness. What is to be done now? There’s also been zero follow up from Gabriela.

He went above and beyond, even sending an email of recommendations while we went to Italy, which was our next destination after London. Thanks and all the best. Steven
We had an excellent stay at the Rosewood London. It really is a beautiful property and the attention to detail and design in our specific rooms as well as throughout the common areas, was quite memorable. The reason I gave a 9 overall score versus a 10 is that I think Rosewood London’s menu options could stand to expand with regard to vegan friendly specifically lunch/dinner items. Had there been a couple of additional… fully thought out options, I’d have been blown away. What you do offer, is good… but I think there’s room for growth in this area. I also must compliment your pre-stay questionnaire. I received additional emails and suggestions based on my answers to that questionnaire that was most helpful and very much appreciated.
The worst Rosewood I have ever stayed at!! We had high expectations as my husband, and I frequent another Rosewood property every few months. I wish we would have looked at reviews from the last few months or we would have not stayed here. The reviews make sense now so don't just look at the rating. The manager at the jazz bar was very unprofessional, if this was one of my companies, she would not have a job. The hotel manager was not accommodating as well. We walked in the jazz bar and asked for a table and were told that they don't sit full tables with just 2 people but saw multiple large tables with 2 people. From the moment we walked in the property felt very cold. The reflection of the staff comes from senior executives. Rooms were ok. Only one star because housekeeping was great. I would not recommend staying here until they can manage the hotel with service you expect from Rosewood.
