Story

Welcome to Rosemary's Cottage Bed and Breakfast, named after our good friend and my son's god mother Rosemary.
Rosemary's Cottage offers you two apartment accommodation options. Both apartments have Queen size bed, private bathroom with hair dryer and working kitchen complete with washing machine, microwave, fridge, hob, electric frypan, kettle, toaster and all utensils and crockery you will need for a short visit or extended stay.
Whether you are visiting our beautiful part of the world to cycle the Great Taste Trail, hike or kayak in one of our nearby National Parks, experience the Nelson Arts and Crafts scene or visit one of our award winning wineries, we hope that your stay will be an enjoyable one.
Enjoy our quiet, comfortable two person Garden View Cottage with comfortable queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, separate kitchen or if you are bringing children, our newly refurbished Garden Apartment which has a beautiful queen size bed for the grown ups and a sofa bed option for children.
We offer plenty of off street parking, free WiFi, outdoor seating areas and lots of space (and company!) for children to play in.
We have a seasonal swimming pool and our apartments are set within a large garden with lots of mature trees and shrubs.
We have direct access to the start of Nelson's Great Taste Trail cycle path through the rear of the property. We are keen cyclists and can help you with trail directions, basic maintenance, bike storage etc.
We are a 10 minute drive from Nelson City, and a few minutes drive from the airport, Richmond and Stoke shops. We are a 5 minute drive from Tahunanui beach and 40 minutes from the beautiful Abel Tasman National Park.
Breakfast is optional for $15 p.p. per day, which you can arrange on arrival to offer you more flexibility.
