We have recently purchased a property through Sam at Harcourts Takapuna. We are first home buyers and as such we had been unsure of the processes and generally a bit nervous. We were so thankful for Sam as she walked us through each step assuring us which is exactly what we needed. There were a few things which needed to be supplied to us to forward to our bank to be satisfied with the property and confirm our mortgage and this was extremely stressful with the date of the offer looming however Sam went above and beyond to get what we needed and made sure it all went smoothly.
