Quite disappointed on the customer service side. The cut took 20 minutes including a quick wash and I was overcharged I found out after I left that the price for wash and cut is $55, as stated on the website, but I was charged $60. Cut was ok but it feels like a rip off and quite a dishonest treatment for a new customer. Note - I asked the barber for his advice and haven't asked for anything 'unusual' that could have justified the price difference. There are plenty of other places in Auckland where you can get the same quality at that price or less.Service: Long haircut
First time here and will be my new local. Honestly best hair and beard cut I've ever had. Always sketchy choosing a new groomer but Paul is a pro. Great tunes as well. Cheers lads.
I returned to Room 104 after a few years' absence due to location. Haircut was the best I've had since the last time I was there. Great to reconnect with Jay and see the team still going strong. Such a great environment and excellent styling. If you're looking to get your haircut in Auckland, this is THE place to go. Professional, yet relaxed. Cheers lads. See you next time.

Best haircuts I've ever had. Proper care and attention to detail, really friendly staff, great atmosphere and vibe, and a free whiskey to boot!
Went here for a hair cut and beard trim. Thought it was a little pricey at first. But hey good things don't come cheap.
I have sent you a private email with feedback but not happy with the customer service. Every time I call to book an appointment they are really rude and it is not a once off. I am definitely going to another barber shop. See ya.
