I went to the Roofbox Company one morning after being sent by another retailer. Jeff and co were great, very quick and easy to deal with. They went the extra mile for me when they didn't have to. Magic service, couldn't recommend enough.

Purchased a Yakima bike rack for a tandem bike which provided a few unknowns around fit. Jeff was amazing, he got the bike rack ordered, we had the opportunity to see if it would work for the tandem - which it did perfectly. The service and communication was outstanding and the price was the best you'll find - thanks so much Jeff!

Overall terrible service, unable to answer questions about racks I have paid for and not received.   They are selling products they do not have in stock. They will not give dates on when the product I have paid for will be in stock. They have not offered a refund or any recourse other than send the wrong product.
