Really happy with my purchase from Furniturefactor. Reading all reviews was a bit suspicious with delivery and quality, but everything worked out well. I have purchased sliding wardrobe from them and it arrived in 7 days. They deliver orders themselves so your delivery will come when they have orders in your area. The quality of wardrobe was good, but took some time to put it together. If you compare the quality to price that we paid I’ll rate it excellent. As we live in the block of flats the delivery was only to a front door on the ground floor. That could be improved to a delivery to your flat front door rather than communal entry. The unit had some wooden dowels missing, so we went to toolstation to buy extra bits that cost us £3 extra, but it wasn’t a big deal. I would recommend buying furniture from them.
We purchased the shoe cabinet for its compact size and shoe storage capacity. We are very pleased with our purchase. During installation I accidently damaged a panel, Furniture Factor kindly replaced the panel for free. They have been excellent with their customer service.
Really good company. Within 2 days of placing the order I had received my item. Really impressed with service. I wanted a standalone cupboard/wardrobe and this fitted the bill exactly. Sturdy and excellent value for money. Would buy from Furniture Factor again.
Update: due to the problems I had, Muddasir kindly offered a discount on my next purchase. Maybe I received a faulty item. I've changed the review from 2 stars to 4. Very disappointed. Bought the Naples shoe cupboard and In this current cost of living crisis, I thought bargain for such a nice piece. Unfortunately, it turned out to be false economy. I spent some 45minutes trying to slide the backboard in...then my husband tried for 45minutes. But it doesn't fit into the joining piece. I would say that I am a fairly competent DIY-er and found it super frustrating that I couldn't complete making this. I had to use tape to secure the backboard together before sliding it in. Will have to paint the inside now to cover it up. The other boards were scuffed too. I usually enjoy scouring the internet for a good deal - this has put me right off. I've given it 2 stars 1. For the speed of delivery and 2. For the fact that I liked the look of it on the website. Should have gone to Ikea...at least everything is made to a particular standard and I've not had a problem assembling their goods. Disappointed and £99 out of pocket. Will not buy from here again. Once I've figured it out, I post a picture of what I'm talking about.
I bought a shoe cabinet which am in love with. I am surprised how good the quality is and how beautiful it looks for the price. The customer service is excellent, they replied very quick to my email and the item was sent on time. Very pleased and will definitely be ordering again.
Unfortunately ordered a £179 cabinet which arrived before Christmas but was ill for a while so couldn’t do much. Eventually unboxed it after the 7 days stipulated for reporting damaged items and found half of it cracked badly. Now have a ruined cabinet costing £179 and can’t do anything about it despite it not being my fault. Very disappointing and can’t trust this company due to this.
3 years we have had the Cellini Grey Gloss and White Overbed Storage Unit with Wardrobes and last week we noticed some peeling of vinyl - possibly due to sun exposure. We notified customer service and they replaced the door free of charge and sent it within days. We love the wardrobes too! First class customer service, other companies could take a leaf out of their book, fantastic!
The parcel arrived damaged do I refused the delivery. When I asked them to send new product Mr. Muddasir told me that there is only one driver delivering to my area and if they send me new product, the parcel will get probably damaged again during transportation. I definitely do not recommend dealing with this company as they cannot talk to their customers and resolving problems.
Ordered on 16/01, product description stated “delivery within 7-10 days”. Asked for an update on 23/01. Was told I would be contacted AT LEAST 48 hours before delivery by courier. Have just had email 31/01 saying the order has just been collected by courier. I’ve still had no contact from courier so absolute earliest it will arrive is Friday, and more likely next Monday - 21 days after ordering. May not seem that big of a deal but having just moved into a new house with no furniture, don’t advertise as delivery within 7-10 days and then triple that timeframe with no explanation or apology!
Ordered a cupboard, didn't realise was coming from Leeds, i live in west Lothian, recieved message re additional delivery costs. contacted customer services and Muddasir answered was very helpful and polite and agreed to waive extra delivery cost. Arrived promptly and good notice on app re delivery
