Absolute poor service from Steve! Not helpful at all and overcharged for a job he quoted! Mucked me round saying he would need the vehicle for a few days only to find he didn't, so I organized a ride to pick me up, which I never needed. Didn't explain the process, and claimed he only needed photos of the vehicle despite the job being for a repair cert. Super suss, massive twot.

I needed to take my vehicle through the repair certification process recently. Steve Gaskin was always very helpful throughout the whole process, made a complicated process really easy and less stressful. My Evo is now registered. Thanks Steve for all your help.
Steve is an absolute douchelord, if you plan on getting a repair certification done on a vehicle, I highly suggest you look elsewhere, as this man is a complete rip off, extremely painful to talk to, doesnt explain any of what hes doing and charges $100 more than what he quoted on the phone.
Got angry at me when I said I would ask around to see if any other panel beater could do the job sooner, then claimed that damage caused by an accident was a 'maintenance' issue. repair - 2/5 service - 3/5
Really nice staff. Informative and friendly. Just wish my little car could have been fixed....not their fault...it was written off in a hit and run. Highly recommend these guys. They are no nonsense.
