Phoned to make an appointment and was shocked by the person answering the phone. I made it clear I was coming from out of town. She said drop the car off at 8.30 as she couldn't say when it would be done and it depended on the PEKING ORDER. I asked for a time as I didn't want to be waiting all day. I asked would it be better to be in at 4pm. She said "WHAT EVER FLOATS YOUR BOAT but it wont be done at that time". Your front line staff represent your business. This is a very poor representation. We wont be using or recommending your business. Thank you for your response below. I did not demand, I made a request. Furthermore, we did find someone who will be doing it this Friday and your response to our review is an example of the customer service etiquette I am referring to.

Nightmare experience, 3 days at their mercy, ordered me a radiator and said it will cost almost 800 bucks! I called around standard price is 299. Charged me 3 hours labour when I know it wasnt price is 299 .plus linehose of transmission pinched and now at another mechanic hopefully gearbox not damaged dont go here

Worst experience I have ever had. Was initially offered a 'deal' by Eileen Rogers, took my car in to get parts put on. Car had been broken into and was missing a window rear quarter panel Had notified everybody that I had purchased a replacement window already and was waiting to be installed. One week later I have been told by the company that they have found and installed the window that I had already purchased from somewhere else and to return to the place of purchase, say that my car had been stolen and get a refund on the window at a loss as they had already removed from the car Returned to the mechanics to see that they have not even installed the window, and instead offered me a whole entire replacement door and that I could take out and install the window myself? They are now trying to overcharge me and also threatened that my vehicle has to stay at the property until I have paid my bill. I could have just gone to my original mechanic. Service and communication there is tragic. Do not visit
