I went to another Rodney Wayne and had a shocking experience. I wanted to do my normal blonde balayage with just a hint of rose gold; emphasis on hint. They didn’t look at my customer history and didn’t seem to listen to what I wanted. I even had a photo of what I wanted to get done and they completely ignored it. I ended up with a lot more pink in my hair than I ever wanted. In a complete panic, I tried to find another Rodney Wayne the one I went to yesterday was closed today and found this one. The staff there were absolutely lovely and saved my hair! They were super confused how/why the other salon did what they did. Tallulah was able to undo what they did and give me what I originally wanted. It looks amazing, and I’m so so so happy with the results! Thank you so much Tallulah! First photo is what I originally had, and the second is how Tallulah fixed it!
I really like getting my hair cut here and will probably keep coming back indefinitely. Always so friendly and Isaac does a great job, as well as everyone else who looks after you during your visit.
I wanted a balayage and what I got is a head full of brown and blonde stripes. Also they let someone who just finished being an apprentice do my hair. Not worth the +250$ I spend. Way too much money for such a bad job, plus no other hairdresser can fix this and change it into what I really wanted cause it’s stripes everywhere. I’d have to go back to my natural haircolor.

I went in to donate my hair because they're a sustainable salon, Cynthia is an absolute whizz with scissors! It's so great to get someone really talented at what they do, great with my kids who came in to say hello who are scared to get there hair cut, super friendly and accommodating, no clicky atmosphere at all, just professional, friendly and helpful.
