Story

As a father and daughter team, Rod Sampson and Tammy Francis have blended their love of family with their love of real estate - combining their strengths for the benefit of all their clients.

Rod and his wife Lyn have raised their family in the Bay of Plenty for the past thirty years and as such, he has a real passion for the region and a broad knowledge of what it has to offer. Rod spent ten years during the 80s and 90s selling real estate in the region and is excited to be returning to a field he enjoys.

Tammy’s previous work history in finance and the car industry stands her in good stead for her new career focus in real estate, after taking a few years out to raise her sons. With her excellent customer service and communication skills she consistently over achieves her sales targets. Her tenacity and determination has made real estate a natural transition for her, one that she is enjoying very much.

Rod and Tammy share the belief that integrity and honesty are everything. "We do what we say we are going to do, when we say we are going to do it. It's a very easy and simple philosophy to follow. Empty promises and under-delivering are the fastest ways to upset people."

Both Rod and Tammy understand that for vendors and buyers alike, property sales can be a stressful and emotional time.
