Steve is an amazing coach - he makes sure everyone feels included and dedicates himself to helping everyone reach their true potential! The classes are varied and always fun and lots of encouragement and reassurance. I've never felt more fit in my life!

Steve is by far the best trainer I’ve had and I’d highly recommend joining one of his boot camps. In summary: he knows what he’s talking about, makes working out enjoyable and his boot camps produce results. He also makes moderately funny jokes...:-

I have been with Rock hard Fitness for over a year now and every session has been different. Steve is constantly changing things up which means every part of your body gets a workout and every session is a challenge. Have never been fitter and feel great! Highly recommend!!!

Best location and group, training always fun and varied, highly recommend!!
