He was an absolute delight to deal with. Over the phone he gave me a quote for what he thought was likely to be the problem with my washer, told me that he would be over shortly and was, fixed it quickly, and charged less than he quoted me, which was already a reasonable price. He also gave me a suggestion for something I could do to ensure that it didn't happen again. Absolute legend, I will definitely call him again if I have any issues with any of my appliances.
Great, friendly and efficient service. Able to assist almost immediately within an hour!. While it was good fortune that the part was cheaper than the quote, the fact that the lower cost was passed on to us reflects integrity. Highly recommended.
