Today my daughter and I had the pleasure of enjoying a lovely hot chocolate and cappuccino at Robert Harris Tokoroa. Thank you to the lovely couple who served us even though they were preparing to close. The friendly and kind service was exceptional and I do believe me might make this our coffee date spot Service: 5/5
What a great place Business meeting with 10 of my colleagues Coffee fantastic and just amazing. Or HR lady called in two months ago for coffee and she said that it was the best coffee she ever had and went back in and told the barista. Best Robert Harris for food and coffee and believe me we have tried them all. The place was pack and just pumping last Sunday Vegetarian options: 3 of my colleagues had vegetarian burger plus the veggie stack Parking: You can park at least 50 vehicles plus truck and trailers Wheelchair accessibility: This place offers everything to everyone There were even dogs in the court yard People were happy
Visited 4 RH stores along my work trip and this was the one that disappointed the most April 15th 2024. My standard order is a quad shot takeaway cap which is I know is unusual but if the coffee they made me had more than 1.5 shots i'll eat my hat. This was awful and was just warm milk. If you are going to accept the order, then make the order. OTHERWISE, the place was excellent and the service was great, the place was well appointed and was busy which is normally a good sign, but not today.
We just left this place, where we were attended by a friendly staff which treated myself and my family with respect and going an extra mile to make us feel comfortable. We had a very delicious pie, a GF cake and a coffee. The coffee was too strong for my taste but again the staff with the right attitude accepted my feedback and made an outstanding coffee which made my morning happier. Thank you and keep the good work!
Really poor service. The male server did not know how to split a payment and it was very uncomfortable listening to him vent about us bringing in a gift voucher and how gift cards should be banned. The food was terrible too. The big breakfast would not have fed a toddler. The chicken salad had a few slithers of deli chicken and a ridiculous amount of packet noodles with a small amount of salad leaves. Every bite exploded with oil. Expensive price for that poor experience and we didn't end up finishing the food. Definitely would not come here again
Stopped here for lunch on our way back to Auckland. Food, smoothies, milkshakes and coffee were all excellent. The service was very fast and friendly. Definitely we'll stop here again.Food: 5/5
