Absolute ripoff ! Paid $92 for two meals eggs bene & potatoe stack both with salmon two smoothies & 1 scrambled egg on its own , I didn't mind the price until I saw what was put in front of us . Food quality is not worth what they charge and the portions are outrageous , my nan who isnt a big eater left still hungry , if you're passing through tokoroa travel an extra 2 mins up the road and go too rumbly tums you get what you pay for and leave full and satisfied , even the cheap bakerys on the front street are better quality & way cheaper.nnNever coming back here , Daylight robbery at its finest.
Arrived at 3pm and close to closing time but they happily accommodated us. Can't fault the food but charging THREE DOLLARS for a smear of tomato relish is a blatant rip-off!! $43 for 2 items plus tea is just rude. The guy did ask if we wanted sauce but funny how he didn't mention the cost. Stop ripping off customers, just another tourist trap.
Such a rip off! So upset! I ordered an iced Maccha and a regular coffee and was appalled when the two items came to over $19. The iced maccha was really small and basically all ice blocks - 3 sips and it was gone anll for the shocking sum of $12.90. The price was not displayed annywhere in the store. The coffee was also dreadfully weak. I work really hard for my money am so disappointed.
The food was quite expensive. I ordered an omelette for around $26, which was a decent size and came with two pieces of bread. When I asked if I could get some sauce to go with it, the cook seemed confused and a bit offended, and said I could have some but it would cost extra. That interaction made the experience feel a bit uncomfortable and not great value for the price.
Amazing creamy mushrooms, excellent service. The best creamy mushrooms I’ve had in a longtime and I recommend Robert Harris if your looking for the best tasty creamy mushrooms because they’re not over creamy and they’re just right and cooked with perfection.
