Very nice little Cafe.... friendly staff and clean environment. The place was quiet at the time but the wait time wasn't to long. I bought 2 caramel frappes and they were absolutely delicious lots of flavour and blended well. Prices are a little steep but as to be expected from the a Cafe. All and all a very good experience and I would definitely come back in the future
Went in to get a takeaway, ordered bacon panini. The staff did not even say hello or smile. Then she just put the panini in a paper bag and gave it to me, asked her if it was toasted? She did not reply and went back and threw the panini in the micro wave. She looked so rude and the whole attitude was off. Then she handed me the panini looking at her attitude did not even wanted to ask her to toast the panini instead of micro wave which we as customer assume that they atleast know that much. So just took my order and left with a bitter experience. Didnot like the tasted of the panini either when later ate it.
Employees are the best. My watch NFC wasn't working and they graciously helped me buy my coffee. Absolutely beautiful souls working here.Food: 5/5

They make the best mocha around. Always good with just the right balance of bitter and sweet. Food is excellent and the staff lovely but it is their mochachino that keeps me returning.Food: 5/5
Ordered chips and got a bowl with chips the size of thumb nails, yes they where busy but the entire bowl, then complained and get blank looks worst service and quality of food, would not recommend
Good coffee but long wait as very busy. Would like to see tables cleared and cleaned before new customers sit at them. Probably due to shortage of staff?Food: 4/5
Great food great staff. My daughter and I ordered a big breakfast to share and they divided it in 2 plates for us to make the sharing easier. Staff were very friendly too.
By far one of the worst cafes I’ve experienced ever! Food is cooked at-least 3-4 days prior to being put into the cabinets and then left there for another week so it can “sell” as with the cheesecakes some can be left there for up-to a week at a time overpriced for the portions you are given and they treat staff horribly as to why they are always short staffed and take awhile with your coffee and food not to mention they bully there employees and try to force them to do unpaid work throughout the cafe and bully employees until they feel the need to leave as to the high turnover rate this cafes kitchen is also a mess no organisation nor is there any major hygiene procedures in place wouldn’t recommend at all unless you want 4-5 day old food at best
Had high hopes having not been back to this coffee shop for 4 years. Coffee was really nice and served in a timely manner- however I prefer to eat my muffin with my hot drink, not when it is Luke warm & nearly finished. Then I had to remind wait staff I was waiting for it & then wait another 5 minutes. I would not have been so dissapointed had they been busy but the wait staff were sitting around waiting for orders to appear. Once again I cannot recommend this shop even though the food was fresh and nice the service was pitifully.
